I'm Matilda and I am a Medical Herbalist practicing in Pembrokeshire & Online.

As a herbalist I am passionate about helping people reclaim their health.

I do this through one-to-one consultations

In the first consultation we will discuss your medical history, diet, lifestyle,

general well being along with what has brought you to see me.  

​

From this I will work out where there are imbalances in the body

and chose a treatment plan to support this.   

​

I use plant medicines such as herbal teas, tinctures, and supplements

along with recommending diet and lifestyle changes.  ​
